It has been well established that music can help boost productivity, but did you know it also helps boost your creativity?  And it doesn’t stop there.  It also improves your sleep patterns, lowers your stress and even strengthens your immune system.  And while many genres of music can help all of these things, scientists have zeroed in on classical music being the most effective in all of these areas.

Classical music helps you relax, lowers your cortisol levels as well as your blood pressure and helps to give you an overall sense of wellbeing.

Classical music changes the brainwave patterns which helps you improve your concentration and makes you more receptive to learning new information.
