Invoice Policy 



Unless otherwise requested, invoices will be billed monthly for all services. PBE will send all invoices for monthly services within 30 days of the close of the month being invoiced.

Payment Terms



Invoices will be issued after completion of services, electronically unless otherwise requested.  Payment terms: net -30- days.  We proudly accept the following forms of payment: Electronic Funds Transfer, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Scheduling Policy



In most cases, PBE will respond to ergonomic evaluation requests within 48 hours and will schedule those evaluations within two weeks from the date of request. Should you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Policy



Please note that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If service gets canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there will be a charge of ½ the normal fee. If for whatever reason and whatever service, there is a cancellation on the day of that service, the charge will be the full amount for that service.

* If you are more than 10 minutes late to your virtual evaluation, your evaluation will have to be rescheduled and there will be a full charge of the agreed-upon service fee.

* Please note that you need a webcam and audio access for your virtual evaluation.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your webcam and audio are functional for your session, so please take the time prior to your session to check that they are in working order.  If they are not functional, for any reason, and the evaluation needs to be rescheduled, there will be a charge equal to ½ of the agreed-upon service fee.

* If you experience a force majeure internet outage event there will be no charge.

Licenses 



PBE warrants that it has the appropriate licenses and will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner using generally accepted industry standards.

Insurance Coverage



PBE will maintain all requisite & applicable insurance coverages at its own expense.

Video Policy



The concepts, delivery of those concepts, and materials presented in all educational & training sessions (live, online et al) are proprietary to PBE. The client does not have the right to film, copy, resell, repackage, repurpose, or distribute, under any circumstance, any of these proprietary concepts and materials, without the expressed written consent of PBE.

Webinar Registration



Employees who wish to attend a webinar MUST first register with their work email address, as attendance is strictly limited to employees within your organization.  Within 48 hours of registration, all eligible registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail and webinar access code.

Webinar Recording Access



Post webinar, PBE will provide you with a URL link to distribute to your employees.This link expires after 45 days. As this recording is restricted to your employees, it is imperative that you do not share this link with anyone outside of your organization. PBE reserves the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

Recording Virtual Evaluations



If approved by your organization, PBE will inform employees, prior to their virtual session, that they may record their evaluation for personal use. PBE will neither initiate nor record nor have access to any such recording.  By choosing the “Local Recording” feature within Zoom, a video file will automatically be generated and saved to an employee’s computer at the end of the session.

Tech, Consultation & Admin Services Fees (Updated) 

 

Tech, Consultation & Admin Services Fees:


– For In-Scope (included) services, please refer to Client’s MSA or Scope of Service agreement

– For Out-of-Scope services (i.e. those services that do not fall under the In-Scope services outlined), either a Statement of Work (SOW) may be issued and said services will be charged at either the client’s quoted admin, consultation, or tech rate, or on a per-project basis

Off-Hours Fee



For services which occur outside of  PBE’s standard workday (8 AM – 6 PM PT, M-F), there will be an additional charge (TBD) added to the normal service charge. The client will be made aware of any such charge, prior to scheduling service.

On-Site Services Policy




Travel Fee



For Onsite services which require excess travel time or distance outside of PBE’s standard geographic parameters, an additional  travel fee will be added to the normal service charge.. Clients will be made aware of any such charge, prior to scheduling service.

Personnel



PBE’s personnel to be on-site for evaluations do not have an unfavorable background check.

COVID-19 (Updated)



PBE’s onsite personnel are verifiably vaccinated against Covid-19 and engage in best practice guidelines regarding workplace safety, as defined by the CDC. If your organization has specific Covid-19 requirements, you must inform us so that we may determine if and how we can conform to those requirements. However, please note that PBE personnel, at any time, reserve the right to end & reschedule any onsite service which they feel unduly exposes them to Covid-19.

PBE stores your data on Qualtrics and/or Alchemer in HIPAA compliant servers for the duration of your partner affiliation with PBE, unless you request otherwise.
