3 Yoga Poses You Can Do At Your Desk

It is no secret that I am a big fan of yoga.  And truth be told, I go in and out of practicing yoga because of travel, a busy schedule and, well, sometimes, that thought of going to a 90 minute yoga class feels too overwhelming.

But I have recently adopted a different strategy to keep yoga in my life when I am crunched for time.  And that is at my desk.  Yup.  You read that right.  I am always amazed at how effective even a few minutes of yoga during my work breaks is.  I immediately slow my breath, quiet my mind and stretch out very grateful muscles!

Here are my 3 favorite yoga exercises that I invite you to try.
