I was speaking to someone recently about exercise and when I asked her how often she exercised, she said, “every single day”.

“Every single day? Wow! . . .  But how do you have the time?”

“I make the time.”

I, like you, know I need to exercise more.  I want to.  I mean to.  I feel great when I do. But I never seem to find the time to exercise enough and certainly not regularly.  And that really is the key.  Finding, no, making the time to exercise.  So I gave some thought to how easy it is to give your time elsewhere and hence, have “no time” to do the very thing that will make you feel great, boost your energy, health and productivity.
