Vivienne received her Bachelor of Music in “Piano Performance” from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in addition to an Artist’s Diploma from the Juilliard School of Music in New York City. In the early 1980’s, Vivienne suffered from injuries resulting from improper performance technique at both the piano and computer. Through her many years of advanced piano retraining, Vivienne began to correlate certain awkward movements at the piano with similar faulty and potentially injurious movements at the computer keyboard. Her desire to regain comfort and to help other injured performers inspired Vivienne to develop the “Prodigy to Maestro Typing Program”, an innovative, easy and fun way to perform computer keying and mousing!

In her zeal to “fix the hands of the world”, Vivienne has been the driving force behind the “Maestro’s” success fulfilling the multiple roles of lead trainer, professional lecturer and training manager. Her professionalism and passion have provided thousands of people with the computer skills and necessary health education to meet the demands of the modern office work environment.

Andrew received his Master’s in Regional Planning from the University of Haifa, Israel. While in Israel, Andrew worked as a counselor with developmentally disabled adults with an emphasis on life-skills training, and as a middle school teacher. Since returning to the United States in 1990, Mr. Blumenfeld has been involved in Business Management at the private, corporate, and franchise level. His overall business, managerial and employee training skills have proven invaluable in PBE’s growth process.

Andrew has co-created and co-written PBE’s Opus courses. In addition, Andrew is active in both course training as well as presenting at professional conferences and training seminars.
